Vice President & General Manager – Middle East

Position Description:

Reporting to the President & COO at the corporate headquarters in Houston, the VP & GM – Middle East will provide leadership and growth to an already established business unit in the region.

Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

• Full profit and loss responsibility
• Direct management of sales, engineering, operations, and administrative staff
• Revenue growth through business development, customer contact, relationship building, geographic expansion, and new product introduction
• Key contact for alliance relationships in the region
• Cost management initiatives to drive margin improvement
• Balance sheet management to optimize cash flow
• Development and execution of region strategy, business plans, and budgets
• Work as an integral member of the global management team

• At least 15 years of oil and gas industry, remote communications, telecommunications, and/or information technology experience.
• Minimum 5 years experience in senior management roles, including P&L responsibility
• Regional knowledge of the Middle East energy industry is essential.
• Exceptional communications and people skills.
• Proven adeptness at working effectively in a larger corporate setting
• Hard-charging team player
