Saxon Energy Services Inc. (”Saxon”) is an emerging international oilfield services company operating a well established land drilling and well servicing business, with substantial presence in Canada, the United States, Mexico, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, and Venezuela. Saxon focuses on providing contract drilling and workover services to major and intermediate oil and gas companies. The Company plans to grow revenue by both the acquisition of existing companies operating in its areas of interest and the construction of new technology high performance rigs. Saxon’s active fleet of rigs is comprised of 41 (net 37) drilling and 15 workover rigs, with a further 7 drilling rigs contracted and under construction. Saxon is currently seeking experienced Rig Managers for its USA and International Operations. The successful candidate will have extensive experience with managing day to day rig operations, including, but not limited to, coordinating the work of all crews, providing leadership and training, promoting and implementing all company and operator safety policies, troubleshooting and solving rig operational problems, and managing rig move logistics and equipment requirements.

The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and organizational skills, a focus on training, and a demonstrated commitment to safe work practices.
