Job Description:
The REACH Group, an international Performance Improvement firm in the oil and gas industry, is looking for highly qualified and energetic people who have a deep interest in efficiency and productivity. The REACH Group is currently recruiting candidates for Technical Limit Performance Coaches. Technical Limit Coaches play an active role in performance management through facilitation of meetings, understanding Knowledge Management systems, and implementing the Technical Limit continuous improvement process.
Roles and Responsibilities:
* Facilitating planning meetings
* Designing and delivering D.W.O.P. (Drilling the Well on Paper)workshops
* Coaching continuous improvement management
* Tracking performance using Client and REACH tools and software
* Facilitating After Action Reviews
* Implementing Knowledge Management programs and services
* Tracking Lessons Learned on client and REACH software
* Assist client in becoming a learning organization
Required Qualifications:
* Previous oil and gas experience in drilling, completions and workover
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Strong organizational and analytical skills
* High energy and an outgoing personality
* Ability to speak in front of and lead groups of high level engineering professionals. (Platform skills)
* Proactive and a self-starter
* Flexible in assignments and understanding of international assignments.
* Rotationis 28/28 not including travel time
* Computer literate
Preferred Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in a science discipline
* Prior experience in performance improvement systems
* Prior experience working in Nigeria, especially Niger Delta (land and offshore)
* Intermediate Excel skills (ability to create formulas and graphs)
